About the Role:
We're seeking a proactive and dynamic Office Manager to oversee the daily workings of a fast-paced creative digital agency. This role is the backbone of their operations, ensuring that projects run smoothly, resources are effectively allocated, people are supported and empowered to do their best work and helping to make the studio a vibrant place to work. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the digital agency to ensure maximum efficiency and flow
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure facilities are well-maintained and address any issues promptly
  • Facilitate smooth internal communication across teams
  • Support leadership in implementing company culture initiatives
  • Organise company-wide meetings, town halls, and internal meetings
  • Create an inclusive and welcoming office environment
  • Plan and coordinate Summer and Christmas parties and any ad hoc events
  • Support onboarding of new employees to ensure a seamless transition into the company
  • Make sure that timesheets are correctly recorded on a monthly basis and add holiday requests into the forecast and holiday tracker
  • Maintain the timesheet and tracking process documentation to make sure it's always up to date
  • Handle Onboarding & IT Setup - Ensure all new starters have the necessary contracts, documentation, IT setup, system access, and introductory meetings.
  • Oversee Employee Lifecycle Management - Manage all processes related to new starters, internal movers, and leavers.
  • Manage Offboarding & Exit Process and administer HR Systems & Self-Service Tools

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience with an office management or similar in an office, creative or agency environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and efficiency
  • Solid experience in HR processes, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a natural collaborator and culture builder
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for people and process
