Treating people like people

IT and Business Transformation
staffing specialists

We formed TRIA Recruitment in 2015, having worked in the recruitment industry for more years than we care to remember. We were all equally fed up with large company politics, target driven environments, lack of treating people like people, we could go on, but it’s a familiar story.

We believe that there is a demand for a staffing organisation that embraces modern recruitment practices and focuses solely on working with their clients to fill those specialist and hard to fill staffing requirements. And do you know what? It seems to have worked.

We welcome the fact that most large organisations are building their own in house recruitment capability and are using effective employer brand strategies to attract great talent. This means our clients only work with us when there is a genuine need for specialist staffing.

What we do

TRIA specialise in IT and Business Transformation staffing. We provide a full range of permanent and contract recruitment services and these include:

We work closely with our clients to understand their requirements, their culture and technology skills. We want to take the pain out of the recruitment process by delivering the best talent available for every role we work on.

We work with our customers to deliver a completely tailored and managed programme of staffing services. This may include onsite recruitment teams, supplier management or recruitment process auditing and outsourcing.

Whether this is a specific recruitment campaign, contractor reduction program or a retained executive search, we will work with our clients to share the risk of any defined project and of course share the rewards too.

and Heads of Department

Don't just take our word for it

"What TRIA are good at is understanding what I need and finding the people to match it. Some agencies throw CV's at you but TRIA curate the list and somehow manages to pluck out the ones I would have chosen myself. They are very successful at it."
Head of Internet Banking, Major High Street Bank
"TRIA takes the time to understand their client’s needs fully and not only understands the importance of a technical match to a role but also the cultural and personality fit within a team/organisation. They are always successful in finding me a match which is one of the key reasons why I actively approach them rather than the dozens of other recruitment agencies in the market who contact me on a regular basis. I have 100% trust in them that they will find me the right person and quickly, be it a permanent position or a contractor."
Global Head of Service Management, XL Catlin
"TRIA have shown themselves to be both thorough and truly professional during every phase of the recruitment process. These are qualities that I have not come across for a very long time. They are a true credit to the recruitment industry as a whole and they stand head and feet above the majority I have met over the past 26 years."
IT Manager, Energy Saving Trust
"Having been on both the client and applicant side of countless agencies for the best part of 25 years, and come to the conclusion that the majority of agents must have come from double-glazing sales backgrounds before moving into IT recruitment, it's a huge breath of fresh air to deal people that know what they're doing, gets back to you when they say they will, and is adaptable, diligent and eloquent enough to consistently impress us."
Service Delivery Manager, IT Services and Technology Company
"I have worked with TRIA for over two years. They have helped me recruit a large chunk of the Web Engineering team at M&S. They understand my requirements and always manage to provide quality candidates. They are highly professional and I would recommend them to anyone."
Head of Digital Software Development, Argos
"I have worked with the team since 2007, they have a great track record in the retail sector and has always been able to gain a detailed understanding of what I look for and deliver good quality candidates in a timely and efficient manner. They are very thorough and manages the recruitment lifecycle effectively to deliver the top talent on the market. They have a great network of candidates and I highly recommend them."
Chief Information Officer, ASOS
"I have worked with the TRIA team for a while now as they have been supplying me with a number of different types of contract resources to augment my permanent team at Fat Face. They have been sone of the most resourceful recruiters I have ever worked with and I find them to have a no nonsense approach, willing to go the extra mile and commercially astute."
IT Director, Fat Face
"TRIA is the first business I turn to when I am looking for the kind of roles which are the most difficult to find. Their knowledge of the market and, crucially, the people who make up that market, are second to none. I know that if they recommend someone for me to interview, then the candidate will be a great fit and I won't be disappointed. They always clearly describe each candidate in advance and how they fit the brief - and sometimes where they don't fit every criterion. The people they have found for me have all turned out to be superstars and I won't hesitate to ask for their help again when the next role needs to be filled."
Chief Operating Officer, eCommerce Consultancy
"I have worked with TRIA to recruit both permanent and contract Business Analysts. They have always provided an exceptional service - really seeking to understand what you are looking for in a candidate and ensuring only the most appropriate candidates are put forward. They are very professional, reliable, and trustworthy and consistently deliver."
Business Architect, Post Office

Harriet Kirkpatrick

Founder | Director

As a founding member and Director of TRIA, I am so proud of what we have built; walking into a full office every day makes me smile and I have to pinch myself when I think back to the early days when it was just the three of us in our tiny broom cupboard office! We have such a broad mix of people working here, but everyone is the true 'TRIA' type – it's hard to put my finger on what that is; but we all support each other, no-one is out for themselves, and everyone cares about doing a really good job for our clients and candidates. Plus they are really good fun to be around!

I love continuing to work with clients and contacts that I have known for years as we have built up really good relationships. On top of that of the three Director's I have been the one to keep the TRIA ship on the straight and narrow, anything 'back office' or process related is my department! Partly because I do actually enjoy it (maybe it's the mathematician in me?!), and partly because David and Lara definitely don't enjoy it!

Outside work, I am kept (very!) busy with 2 small children, Henry and Arabella.

David Kirkpatrick

Founder | Director

As a founding member and Director of TRIA, I have been lucky enough to establish a business with two of the most prolific, talented and successful recruiters in the industry. We set up TRIA with the ethos of relationships, hard work and offering a truly niche delivery focused service to the market, we aren’t here to reinvent the wheel but in a competitive and crowded market place it’s brilliant to see our reputation and brand grow, developing in line with our strategy. It’s been an amazing journey so far, from the initial concept around a dinner table to our launch in 2015 and to what we are today.

One of the things I really enjoy is the fact that no two days are the same in my role, from day to day operations, supplier management, building the team, delivering on roles and fetching the odd pint of milk. I really enjoy meeting clients and potential staff and discussing our industry and talking to anyone who will listen about TRIA, our values, vision and how people can be part of our future.

Outside of work I have my hands full with our 2 small children Henry and Arabella, and enjoy F1, struggling with the gym and trying out Bristol’s abundance of fantastic restaurants to counter the gym!!

Lara Webb

Founder | Director

As a founding member and Director of TRIA, it's been fantastic to see the company grow from 3 people around a table in serviced offices to where we are now, every day feels special and I am proud of what we have achieved and even more excited about the future. I currently oversee the delivery arm of the company and still after all these years, like to maintain the hands on aspect in terms of searching for the niche skill sets and hard to find candidates (to show the "youngsters" I can still do it!).

My two favorite parts of the role are the client relationships, most of which I have worked with for 15 years and have recruited for them in various companies so really enjoy working them and knowing exactly what they want, recruitment is so much more then bums on seats, it's about relationships, hard work and understanding your client base. I also really enjoy seeing our consultants do well and taking pride in working for TRIA. We have such a collaborative approach and family feel which is something we are determined not to lose as we increase in size.

Any spare time is spent being a taxi service to my teenagers for their very important social lives but I also like and need to keep fit – spending time with my dogs and horses also keeps me busy!

Andy Bamford

Non-Executive Director

I’ve helped and advised Harriet, David And Lara from the very start of the TRIA journey. Whether that was the early planning stages, normally around the kitchen table, through to their first employee and their first, second and now third office. That’s three offices in under five years! The growth of the business has been very impressive, and the exciting thing for me is that it’s still very early in their development and there are lots more exciting plans just around the corner.

I started my career in Technology staffing, many years ago and was a board Director for one of the industry’s founding agencies – Computer People, before leaving to work with some colleagues to build a global staffing services business from scratch. I moved away from pure recruitment in the early 2000’s to follow my passion for marketing and branding and I started the South West arm of an employer marketing business – ThirtyThree. The business became a multi award winning agency and grew an enviable reputation for creativity, service and delivering results. We sold the business in 2015, and after three years as CEO, overseeing the handover of our business in UK, New York & Hong Kong to our new owners, I decided to step down from the business. I now advise a few high growth businesses alongside a running a small boutique consulting and creative agency – BrandPointZero.

When I’m not working, because bizarrely I’m remarkably busy, you can normally find me on a golf course, on my bike or on a pair of skis. And I’m always partial to good lunch with a glass of red. Or white. Or rose. Or a beer ...

Tim Donaghy

Sales Director

My career in recruitment started back in London, working across a variety of industries and specialisms focusing predominantly on the senior appointments end of the market. I have been managing people and growing teams for the majority of my career and have now been in Bristol for over a decade.

Being able to help support the growth of TRIA, a successful AND ethical business is such a pleasure. TRIA’s relationship driven, ‘people first’ approach sets us apart from our competitors and our team based, collaborative environment sits well with my personal values. Team means everything!

The favourite part of my role at TRIA is developing the skills and abilities of the people here, supporting trainees, consultants, managers and leaders on their ‘learning journey’. The supportive environment here is the perfect place to forge a career path in recruitment. Outside of work, I am a Kiwi, ‘dad taxi’, husband, dog walker and sport enthusiast.

Tristan Rowcliffe

Associate Director

I joined TRIA in the early days and I have seen a huge amounts of change whilst we have grown, from being part of the initial concept to what we have built to date. I really enjoy working alongside such a talented and knowledgeable team and am very excited about playing a lead and integral part of TRIA's future. I work across the business helping to grow and develop our team as well as nurturing and improving the relationships they have with their clients.

I currently manage a team of 3 consultants delivering into a large and diverse client base. I absolutely love the client facing nature of my role and enjoy really understanding what my clients are trying to achieve and how we at TRIA can work in partnership with them to accomplish their goals.

When I'm not in the office I can often be found travelling to the remote corners of the world on some bizarre challenge or expedition. Recent trips have included running an adventure marathon in Kruger National Park, climbing Kilimanjaro, Everest Base Camp and climbing Mont Blanc. Next up, Everest?!

Emma Wainwright

Financial Controller

I joined TRIA as Financial Controller and I manage the contract and finance function at TRIA, principally working with David, Lara and Harriet to provide monthly management accounts and other financial information to assist the smooth running of TRIA. On a day to day basis I deal with contract enquiries, raising invoices and processing contractor payments.

At TRIA, I work alongside a very ambitious and highly motivated team, who are friendly, work hard and are successful and I enjoy providing the contract and finance support they need. Outside of TRIA I am a mum to three children who I play taxi to for their sports, drama and dance classes and busy social lives!

Liz Forsyth

Senior Consultant

I joined Tria in 2016 and work in the delivery team finding the best talent on the market for some of Tria’s biggest clients. The environment at Tria is really fast-paced which I love but I also like the variety of roles and clients to work on which keeps the role challenging and interesting.

I’ve been in IT Recruitment since 2001 and have never worked in such a collaborative, fun and positive environment where everyone helps each other and pulls together. We have a great team environment with a great mix of characters and I’ve really enjoyed the fun activities, away days and dinners out that we’ve been rewarded with.

The majority of my time away from Tria is taken up with looking after and trying to keep up with my two young sons but when I do have a night off I love a fun night out with friends.

I joined Tria at the start of 2017 working in Tristan’s team finding great candidates for our clients. I am now working towards gaining and managing my own clients and becoming an industry specialist in Data Science and UX recruitment.

My favourite part of working at Tria is our unique, relationship driven approach to recruitment that allows us to pitch at the top of the market and work with the most prestigious clients. In my spare time I like to keep fit and try the hundreds of restaurants Bristol has to offer.

Having joined the TRIA tribe in 2018, I'm definitely one the most recent additions. Before joining the team here in Bristol, I took a short career break to go travelling. Everyone here has welcomed me with open arms, and although swapping my bikini and flip flops for suitable office attire, was at first a very sad time in my life, I am now happier than ever and super excited to forge a long and successful career in recruitment with TRIA.

I love eating tasty food, my puppy dogs, keeping fit, skiing holidays (so the office skiing incentive is particularly exciting), and as an ex-Musical Theatre student, I love anything that involves a dancefloor, music or a spotlight.

Daniela Sforza

Senior Consultant

I joined TRIA Recruitment in November 2019 and am one of the newer members on the team. Having spent just over 4 year’s working for a competitor, I always kept a close eye on the amazing growth and success of TRIA and could no longer resist the move! Prior to this, I worked as a Senior Appointments Consultant in the Sports Industry. Aside from working with some of the top tier football teams, including Arsenal, Tottenham and Chelsea, I also worked closely with the London 2012 team to help them with their recruitment. Watching Bolt win the 100m final in hospitality was a particular highlight.

At TRIA, I have been brought in to work on some of the key accounts as well as growing my client base. I really enjoy building the relationship driven approach to recruitment that TRIA continue to succeed in, and providing a first class service to both clients and candidates which is extremely important to me. I am very excited to progress my career here alongside a very talented team. Outside of work, you will find me eating and drinking in one of the copious amount of outstanding restaurants and pubs that we have on offer in Bristol, watching live sport or walking my Cockapoo.

In August 2016 I relocated to Bristol from London with my husband whom launched a craft beer distribution company for the South West and I was lucky enough to find TRIA who gave me the opportunity to join the team as a Consultant and continue to support some of the leading global retail organizations with their recruitment needs across IT and Digital.

My experience within Retail started as a Retail Manager in Harrods where I worked for 8 years and in Jan 2014 I took the plunge in to recruitment which I loved from day one. I get great satisfaction from delivering quality resource in to my clients and love working in a relationship driven and collaborative environment with a team of like-minded and talented individuals.

My time outside of TRIA revolves greatly around my friends and family and love for good wine!

I joined the TRIA team in 2019, however I have been in recruitment for some time, somewhere near the beginning of the millennium and still keep turning up for more! Joining TRIA was a natural choice for me having worked with the Directors in a previous life, here we have a real mix of not your average recruiter with a fun and positive work environment. At TRIA I work within the delivery team, sourcing talent and managing accounts across the IT market for our closest clients.

Outside of work I love to spend time outdoors, cycling is a keen passion and over the years have been on many mountain biking adventures across the UK, European Alps, Himalayas and the American Rockies. Recently rides have been ever so slightly shorter but no less adventurous with my two youngsters in tow.

Account Manager

I joined Tria in March 2020, after a short but amazing trip to India and just two weeks before the Global pandemic hit. Despite the worldwide turmoil that has followed, I could not have wished to join a more honest, friendly, resilient, and hardworking bunch!

My background is Public Sector. I have 4 years’ experience delivering into digital transformation and EUC programmes of work – which I love. I’m looking forward to leveraging our relationships to grow our public sector client base here at Tria.

Before recruitment, I was a project manager in the public sector in London. Career highlights include working for Martha Lane Fox on a 2-year campaign to promote the benefits of getting online to disadvantaged groups back in 2012. Outside of work, family, friends, travel and escaping to the countryside are important to me.

I joined TRIA in May 2021 and what a brilliant decision that was. Recruitment was new to me and I couldn’t have asked for better bunch to welcome me in.

Everyone is so friendly, honest and hardworking, it makes you feel like you have been there a lifetime. My background is professional rugby, where I spent nearly 7 years with Newport Gwent Dragons, also representing Wales u20s at the 6 nations and 2014 World cup in New Zealand. Following some tough decisions to end professionally rugby sooner than expected, I spent 3 years in the motor trade as a sales executive whilst also keeping a keen interest in rugby at a semi-professional level in the Welsh premiership.

Joining TRIA was an easy decision for me, everyone always wants the best for each other and the atmosphere in the office pulls everyone close to achieve great success. I am excited to join during a period of growth and looking forward to seeing what the future holds for me at Tria!

If you don’t find me at Tria Towers, you’ll more than likely find me on a golf course! I’m super excited to join TRIA and meet the rest of the team.

Marketing & Social Media Executive

Following five months backpacking around Australia and South East Asia earlier this year, it was time to finally switch out the Havaianas for the brogues and join the working world. I graduated from Bournemouth University last summer where I studied Multimedia Journalism. However, after returning home from my travels I decided to make the move into recruitment. I am excited to be a part a vibrant and determined organisation and to start resourcing some excellent candidates for our fantastic clients. The TRIA clan have welcomed me with open arms and truly made me feel at home in a very short space of time.

Being new to Bristol, you’ll most likely find me in and around the dynamic foodie scene or ticking off beer gardens throughout the city centre. Aside from this I enjoy playing an array of sports, video-editing and exploring the world.

I joined Tria recently after a successful 13 year career in IT and Digital recruitment. Tria was the obvious fit for me with their genuine focus on building relationships and having long lasting partnerships with all their clients. This is exactly how I have spent my time in recruitment so far and yet I am still learning new things everyday here at Tria. It’s great to be surrounded by exceptional recruiters from all walks of life that buy into the collaborative approach and relationship focused partnerships and as a cherry on top, Tria’s client list also happens to be pretty impressive as well. I have joined to help expand their client base across the South West, Oxfordshire and M4 corridor and utilise my network of great candidates and clients to help drive Tria forward.

Outside of work I overly obsess about football with a 35 year love affair with Liverpool finally paying off in adult life, did you know we won the league!! It’s our year next year finally came true. I still like to think of myself as a semi-retired triathlete and still moderately active duathlete. The rest of my time is spent managing the busy social lives of a 6 year old boy and 3 year old girl with some time left to enjoy a nice bottle of red whilst watching a wide and sometimes embarrassing range of TV and movies.

After moving to Bristol for University, I absolutely fell in love with the city and can’t imagine being anywhere else!

I studied Politics and International Relations for a year before deciding that studying wasn’t for me and jumping into the world of work. I have been Area Operations Manager for a local small café chain for the past two and a half years, and TRIA welcomed me into the world of recruitment in June 2021 with open arms!

I am very much a people person and value customer experience hugely, and I knew immediately after meeting the Directors and rest of the team that TRIA was an environment where those priorities would be shared. I’m still hugely into my politics, and you can find me arguing with anyone about anything political after a beer. Outside of work I’ll be playing amateur rugby, exploring Bristol’s thriving cake scene, and fretting over my house plants.

As with many people. I accidently “fell” into IT & Technical Recruitment following my Computing Degree and now with over 20 years background in the industry, I am definitely the “Old Man” of the TRIA Clan, although there is still plenty of talent resourcing left in this Hobbit.

What I really love about TRIA, is how everyone pulls together as a team & supports each other fully and I especially enjoy being able to be just myself. I always work to professional vocation ethics, with full recruitment transparency - in order to forge long-term working partnerships based on trust & quality of service. I still get a buzz from hands-on recruitment, in solving staffing plans for customers with bespoke solutions and assisting candidates in finding their next career or contract opportunity.

I have recruited across all sections of IT/Technical Engineering/Senior appointments at every level, from Entry Helpdesk roles through all areas up to and including retained search & selection for specialist skills and board level executives.

Outside of work, I love surfing & paddleboarding, spending time with my family and going for very long walks with my German Shepherd/Husky Cross – Jakey.

After studying Law at Swansea University, I decided to swap the beautiful beaches for the hustle and bustle of Bristol. Upon arrival, the world of recruitment certainly caught my eye, which was confirmed after meeting with TRIA. I am now looking forward to making waves within the industry going forward. I’ve been welcomed with open arms by everyone and been taken under the wing by the record-breaking team of Sasha, Szabo and Louis. How exciting!

Outside of work you’ll probably find me at the nearest pub with a beer or wine in hand, and I’m super excited to start exploring what Bristol has to offer. I absolutely love travelling, with one of my biggest passions being skiing, having previously worked as a Chalet girl in the French Alps.

My recruitment career started with an internship recruiting for the prison service, and after a couple of years experience within the Tech Recruitment Industry I made the move to TRIA. My focus within the industry is to build long lasting relationships with clients and candidates and give them the best experience possible, and TRIA were naturally the first choice for me as they make that possible. With a passion for gaming/computers/tech my expertise lie within IT. Having made the move to the city from the countryside, outside of work you'll find me using any excuse to escape the house. Whether it's on my road bike, running or playing football. Being a huge music lover, in the evenings you'll probably find me at one of the many amazing music venues Bristol has to offer!

After starting my recruitment career at the wrong company, I was not sure if I still wanted to stay in the industry. I had to be persuaded to go and interview with more recruitment agencies but I am so glad I did otherwise I would have never come across TRIA. So far it has been a blast, I joined team Sasha and Szabo and broke the new starter record of placing a candidate!

Outside of work you will find me on a Tennis Court, a football pitch, or crying over Arsenal. I am big festival goer and an avid snowboarder.

After 3 amazing years at the University of Bristol I couldn’t imagine leaving the city to live somewhere else! I have just graduated with a 1st studying Anthropology with Innovation, but I decided that a career in recruitment was the one for me. Straight away I knew that Tria and my team with George and Jenny was the perfect environment to start my career! In 2012 I returned from my travels around South America and began working life as David Kirkpatrick’s Delivery Consultant. Nearly 10 years on and we have been reunited at TRIA!

Throughout the course of those 10 years I have fulfilled a number of different roles, from onsite Recruitment Business Partner at Nationwide Building Society, to helping grow a recruitment start-up.

My area of expertise lies within Business Transformation and Change, supporting clients on scaling up teams to deliver projects. I have helped a range of organisations from FTSE 100 Software Companies to smaller SMEs to deliver programmes covering Merger & Acquisition / Divestiture, Systems Implementation, Infrastructure migrations etc.

Outside of work you’ll catch me spending time with my daughter Mabel, pretending I dislike reality TV, and overindulging on high calorie foods.

I’m very excited to join the TRIA clan and see what the future holds!

After graduating in summer of 2021 with a fashion design degree I spent a lot of time feeling lost as to what I want to do with my life. Making pretty lattes was no longer making the cut and with the toxicity of the fashion industry I just couldn’t see myself wanting to pursue the fashion career.

As silly as it may sound, getting a job at TRIA was fate, I finally feel like I’ve found my ‘thing’. I thought because I had very little knowledge of IT, I might get the whole ‘imposter syndrome’. However, the team have been so supportive and every day I continue to learn so much more. It’s pretty nice waking up and being excited for the workday ahead!

Outside of work you will probably find me off on a hiking adventure exploring the wilderness, making cute and colourful pottery pieces or in one of the many independent cafes in Bristol, sipping a coffee with a good ol’ horror/thriller or crime book!

I have spent the last three years studying human geography at UWE here in Bristol – after my time at university I realised I didn’t want to leave Bristol, so I decided to stay put and start my career here in the city! As human geography is all about people recruitment was an obvious step to start my career. I interviewed with several recruitment companies around Bristol and after receiving offers TRIA was the obvious choice. The team has made me feel so welcome and I am excited to start my journey here at TRIA towers!

I enjoy travelling and have visited countries over four different continents, however, I am now looking forward to exploring all that Bristol has to offer. Outside of work you will find me on the mountain bike trails, at gigs, or in the pub with a pint.

After finishing my History degree at the University of Portsmouth in 2018, I made it my mission to move to Bristol ASAP after falling in love with the city when visiting family and friends.

I landed in a customer facing role at a private health insurer which is where I realised I loved working in a people focussed environment. After working there for just over two years, I felt I needed to switch things up and look for somewhere where I could work alongside a team who were genuine, fun and friendly. I interviewed at a few recruitment companies but soon realised that TRIA was the one ticking all the boxes so I was delighted when I found out I had been offered the role!

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, whether it’s to another country or the English countryside. Despite my lacking general knowledge, I’m also a big fan of pub quizzes so I can usually be found in a Bristol local taking part (and probably losing) in one!

Once finishing my Master’s at the University of Plymouth I was left with the thought of what’s next. The idea of living in Bristol was in my mind for a few years but it was just a matter of how I would get there.

I’ve always enjoyed working within teams and wanted to find a job where I will be working and assisting people. Due to a lucky passing conversation, I was put in contact with a member of TRIA. After explaining my interest in recruitment, one thing led to another, and now I find myself in my second week here. So far, I’ve enjoyed all aspects of the job and seem to have gotten very fortunate with such an enjoyable and hard-working environment. Being in a team with Pete, Jason and Scott will give with the helping hand to be very successful at TRIA.

In terms of my hobbies and interests, I’m very much into watching a variety of sports. These include football, basketball, boxing, and UFC. Due to not having the time and ability to partake in all of them, I mainly play football and had a white-collar stint in boxing. These activities give me the opportunity to socialise with my friends which I enjoy above all else. A little unknown fact about me is that I’m a black belt in Karate.

After graduating in the year of 2020 with a degree in contour fashion, I decided to move back home to Bristol and pick up a job in a local pub. The following year was a strange one, with lockdowns and furlough’s and ‘real world’ problems suddenly coming to life. Although it was an extremely challenging year, I soon realised my passion for people and knew that whatever I was going to do next needed to be around genuinely amazing people.

Getting a job at TRIA has been the most exciting thing to happen to me yet and I finally feel like my worries of struggling to find my feet, be financially independent and meet new people are now behind me!

When I’m not working you will most definitely find me cosying up with a good movie, wandering off into the woods picking mushrooms or spending time with my friends!

I am excited to be a part of such an ambitious group and I am looking forward to us making waves within the industry going forward. It's a very exciting time to be here!

Outside of work my biggest passion is skiing, and I had been working in the Austrian alps for the previous 4 winters. Other locations I had been spending my time was in Northern Italy, France and Norway but I am equally happy in Bristol where I am much closer my family and friends as well as everything the city has to offer.

After around 6 years of working in sales across various industries, I felt it was time for a change. I’d been living in Bristol for just over a year; having moved during lockdown times from Exeter and still working from home. I wanted to work in an office again and integrate myself further within the Bristol community. After exploring a few options, I felt recruitment was the right environment for me. Everyone at TRIA was so welcoming and it just felt right straight away - I couldn’t wait to start!

Outside of work I am a bit of a theatre fanatic and love musicals, dancing and acting. I’ve been lucky enough to work alongside Dawn French on a TV project which was an incredible experience. I also love figure skating, and practice when the weather’s nice on my ‘off ice’ skates – but I enjoy chilling at home with a takeaway and TV series too!

For the last 8 years I’ve been in America playing tennis, studying, and working - with the occasional night out here or there. After seeing much of America and what it had to offer, I decided it was time to head home and plant some roots, which brought me to Bristol and to TRIA!

Since starting at TRIA, I have joined team Szabs and I honestly don’t think could be a better place to learn the trade of recruitment. Everyone has made me feel so welcome and like I’ve been here for years! Super excited to see where my journey with TRIA takes me. I love my sports as well as exploring different towns, Cities, Countries!

Between working as a PE teacher and boarding house assistant, my travels to Portugal and a (failed!) ski season, I dabbled with the idea of working in recruitment. All set to join the RAF as an intelligence officer, Covid had other ideas and I was forced to re-evaluate everything - and it’s the best thing that could have happened to me!

TRIA feels like home already after just one week, there’s no ‘imposter syndrome’ and I’m excited to embark on my new adventure in Bristol under team Dani!

Outside of work you’ll catch me training for the Edinburgh marathon, spending far too much money exploring Bristol’s foodie scene and skiing or surfing when I can. I play hockey and have tried my hand at a boxing but cosying up with Netflix or going to the pub to wind down is equally as important!

I started working in recruitment in 2018 shortly after graduating. I decided to make the move to TRIA after working for a small Bristol agency for a number of years, TRIA stood out to me in a city full of recruitment businesses for several reasons. Their attention to detail and focus on client relationships really appealed to me and worked excellently with my own ethos as well as having a collaborative and dynamic environment. TRIA offers me the freedom of a small agency with the support and expertise of a larger firm.

When I am not recruiting experts in IT transformation, I can be found sampling a cocktail or ten in and around Bristol, coupled with some culture at the theatre or a gallery somewhere. Alternately I love a good swim be this in a pool or in the sea!

After years of roles in hospitality and tennis coaching whilst gaining various qualifications, I completed my degree with a 1st in Geography from Oxford Brookes University. This inspired me to join conservation efforts in Madagascar and Mexico. Whilst I was out there, I went scuba diving with turtles, sharks, and sting rays to conduct marine surveys and learn about the local wildlife, as well as exploring all I could in the time I was there! After finishing my internship in Mexico, I returned to the UK ready to kickstart my career.

I’m a very social person and despite receiving offers from other recruitment companies, it was my interview at TRIA that ensured me this was the industry and the company for me. I already feel part of the TRIA team and look forward to building my career with them.

Originally from Cheltenham, I’ve only visited Bristol a handful of times before, but now that I live here, I’m excited to see what Bristol has to offer. I still love travelling and going to new places around the world whenever I can but I’m always up for a tennis match, concert, or flavoured gin if you want to find me locally.

Having spent four years in Bristol studying my degree in International Relations and Politics, it’s surreal to begin my recruitment career at the top in TRIA towers. Coming from a hospitality and brand management background, recruitment became the organic and obvious choice.

Working with people and not products is what drew me in to TRIA. One thing I love about the industries I’ve grown in and the one I’m about to embark upon, is the full spectrum of human individuality I get to experience. By listening to people and implementing my genuine desire to help - I am ready to carve out my own path and bring success to individuals and companies alike.

Outside of work you can find me exploring Bristol, Wales and the surrounding countryside on my bike(s), listening to Music and buying history books I’ll never read (I’m hopeful)
