We formed Tria in 2015, having worked in the recruitment industry for more years than we care to remember. We've seen huge changes in the market over the years, most of them positive, and believe that there is still a demand for a staffing organisation that embraces modern recruitment practices, and focuses solely on working with their clients to fill those specialist and hard to fill staffing requirements.
At Tria we welcome the fact that most large organisations are building their own in house recruitment capability and are using effective employer brand strategies to attract great talent. This means our clients only work with us when there is a genuine need for specialist staffing. We don't want to try and be all things to all men, we know what we're good at, and we stick to it.
